We want you to love your Emi Jay accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain hair accessories and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original product packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
